Where do your products come from?
We manufacture the majority of our products in our 16,000 sq. ft facility located in Rochester, NY.
Do you install?
Yes, we have a full-time crew of installers, and do all our own installation work.
How would I go about obtaining a quote?
We typically like to set up an in-person meeting to discuss needs and requirements on a project to project basis. We would then produce and email a formal quote to you. What is your area of service?
In order to provide the very best service to our customers we currently serve western and central New York including the cities of Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Utica, Albany, Binghamton, Elmira and Olean. Depending on what your project entails, it is not unheard of for us to go farther than that, but those decisions are made on a project by project basis.
Do you do Commercial work or Residential work?
We specialize in commercial work.
Do you have a showroom of products?
Yes, we have a showroom located within our facility. We do always ask, however, that you call to make an appointment with someone on our sales team prior to stopping in.
What is your typical lead time?
Typically, our lead time is 4-6 weeks. There are variables that play into this, however, and sometimes we can turn things around quicker, and sometimes they take longer. It really depends on the scope of each individual project, and the availability of the goods needed to produce the product.
Do you keep products in stock?
We do not. We are a custom manufacturer, so everything is made to order.
Do you warranty your products?
Yes, all of our products come with a Drapery Industries “Worry Free” warranty, that protects the buyer from any issues that occur within a 1 year timeframe. We offer the same warranty for our shade products, but for a 2 year period.

Drapery Industries was founded in 1966, and has been proudly operating for more than 50 years.
